Make your own snowskin mooncake!

In conjunction to the Mid-Autumn Festival,  Chef Lee had demostrated easy steps to make snowskin mooncake at the MPH 1U on last Saturday (7 Aug).

What’s more, audience was not only given a mooncake recipe, but they were able to make the mooncake themselves on the spot.
