Make a date with your family and friends for a Weekend High Tea at Paya Serai Restaurant of Hilton Petaling Jaya and be spoilt with over 40 varieties of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western favourites.

Appetizer

For appetizers, there are the famous local fare like Popiah Basah, Pie Tee, Cucur Udang, Rojak Buah, Otak-otak and Putu Mayam. If you fancy western choices, head for our Roasted Beef with Mustard & Pimentos, Marinated Squid Salad with Lemon Grass, Smoked Lamb Leg, Salmon & Crab Meat Terrine and much more.

Mains

Subsequently, diners can move on to our delicious main items and enjoy the varieties of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western cuisine.

Local

Lontong, Udang Sambal Tumis, Sotong Masak Lemak Rebung, Nasi Lemak with Condiments, Daging Beriani, Mutton Curry, Chicken Varuval, Potato Masala, Lamb Kofta, “Yong Tau Foo”, Stir-fried Vermicelli with Seafood, Chicken Rice

Western

Mini Pizza, Roasted Leg of Lamb, Roasted Chicken Breast with Thyme Sauce & Apple Compote and Penne Pasta with Mediterranean Vegetables amongst others.

Catch some action at the live cooking stations for Roti Canai, Chicken Murtabak, Roti Jala, Banana Fritters, Fried Radish Cake along with Waffle and Pancakes. Diners can also indulge in Fish Crackers, Chinese Pan Cakes & Sesame Ball, “Chee Cheong Fun” and Keropok Leko as side dishes.

Dessert
