Thank you very much for taking the time to write to us on ZestPJ, and for your comments following your recent dining experience at our Paya Serai restaurant on 1 September, 2011. I was obviously very concerned to receive your feedback on the level of service.

Hilton International prides itself in being a guest and service orientated organization with high standards but we have obviously failed to live up to expectations in serving you. 

I thank you for your well intended comments on the food quality and variety which I have shared with our Executive Chef and F&amp;B Manager. Please be assured that given our commitment to quality and service, we take your comments very seriously, and will strive for further improvement to merit your future support.

Had a high tea with my family at the Coffee House, PJ Hilton  Sept 01, 2011.

Worse experience that our familyhad with regards to the food quality. None of the food prepared should be serve at PJ Hilton, jatuh standard. All I can said that any warong in Msia or mamak stalls cooked better than the so call 5-star chefs at PJ Hilton.

Not even the 3 flavours only ice cream nor the COARSE ICE - ice kacang can bring any cheer to my children. If I am the F&amp;B Manager, I will fired all the cooks on duty. May be the GM should fire the F&amp;B Manager instead.

I have voices my unhappyness on the quality of food to the staff and cashier as well</description>
