		<description>I have not try your Japanese food yet as a new Premium Club member .My wife is a Japanese I wish she will enjoy the food there and give you her cmments .
Anyhow , can you recomment some course dinner (Omakase) from the Chef and send me your menu and price fpr 10 pax .</description>

Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback on ZestPJ following your dining experience at Genji restaurant.

We are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Let me start by clarifying that unlike Jagoya, our buffet at Genji is only available on the weekends due to popular demand of the items on the spread. I would also like to reassure you that the prawn and squid used in the buffet do not contain any preservatives, the sashimi is freshly cut and the oyster/ tuna are imported from Australia.  As for the Ebiko, this is served as part of the ingredients of the California Roll. 

Nevertheless, we thank you for your well intended comments on the food quality and variety which we have shared with our Executive Chef. Please be assured that given our commitment to quality and service, we take your comments very seriously, and will strive for further improvement to merit your future support.

We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back to the Hilton Petaling Jaya soon.

Your prawn and squid contains preservative, which makes it more &quot;Q&quot; that I can taste! The sashimi is frozen, the oysters are tasteless, chawan mushi- i have not tasted anywhere worse with buffet price more than RM70 per person. The variety of food is down right lousy. Handroll only has california rolls. Simple things like ebiko is not available. For the same price I am paying in Jogoya, I get so many other varieties and the food there tastes so much fresher and nicer. 
I was there because my friend recommended me to try. Not only I am not going back for a second time. I felt like I was robbed today!</description>
