Hilton has long been regarded as the premier hotel in Petaling Jaya and therefore, we place utmost importance in the high quality of food served and equally, the hygienic standards. Nevertheless, thank you again for having brought the alleged incident to my personal attention. Rest assured the various points brought up have been addressed with the heads of our Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams for their further review and action. My son & husband had upset stomach & diarrhea that night.We suspect it is caused by the raw oyster they ate at the buffet.Please ensure that this is stored properly as it did not look too fresh & that is why I did not take any myself.
