On 21-Dec (Wed), I call to Hilton PJ to check the availability for Dine.Party.Stay @ Hilton PJ package. The ask the person that pickup my call transfer to the Reception counter. Later, the person from Reception counter said he don't know about the package and want transfer my call to Reservation counter. Seems like no one work in Hilton PJ know about the package. What for this so call introducing Hilton PJ restaurants and bars website publish this package information? What the fuck is this? Make me very disappointed. It's a good package for couples to enjoy the Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, when I call in the personnel (I guest she is hotel frontdesk) don't know the package detail. Then she transfer the call to Uncle Chilli's. The person in-charge also don't know about the package. What is this? I feel disappointed to the services.
