In line with tradition, two very auspicious lions blessed our team members and guests with good luck and prosperity as part of our Chinese New Year celebrations at Hilton Petaling Jaya! The astounding Lion Dance took place at our hotel lobby leaving us optimistic for a flourishing new year!

The lions showcased some breathtaking moves while the crowd watched in glee and as part of the ritual, we fed them vegetables and fruits as they came by our function rooms, restaurants and back office to bless us a promising new year!

Lion dance has been part of Chinese culture and is believed to bring in good luck and prosperity. The lion is considered a symbol of power, wisdom and good fortune!
