I had just resuscitated my patient who earlier collapsed in the ward and was completely worn out. Before my cellphone rang to inform me that there was another case of motor vehicle accident to attend to, he turned up at the hospital entrance with a box of Chicken Teriyaki rice. I was hungrily gobbling away my dinner when I realized there was a small container stuffed at the centre in the box. Poking it with my disposable chopsticks, I asked what was it. He took out the ring box and went down on his knees. Ignoring the onlooking visitors, he took my hand and proposed, "Will you marry me?". I only had one answer for him.

Two years ago, my husband (then boyfriend) invited me to Singapore for his company tennis tournament. While doing our shopping there, we came across a bridal roadshow. I hinted that I would love to have a unique and romantic wedding proposal.

I didn't expect anything until the tennis tournament, in which my husband won the doubles title. During the award ceremony, after receiving his prize, he took the microphone from the emcee and announced to the crowd that he would like to do a very important task -- proposed to his girlfriend (me!). He walked to my seat, got down on one knee and proposed! I was shocked and speechless. I can't believe he was so daring! Needless to say, I cried and said "YES"!

It was an ordinary Saturday morning. My (then) boyfriend told me that he was planning a scenic flight above the KL city area. This took me by surprise and considering I had other errands to run that day, it seemed rather unnecessary. However, he persisted and since he really wanted to do it, I relented. Upon boarding the plane, he told me to take the front seat on the pretext of giving me a better view of the KL skyline. At 1500ft, he tap from behind and asked me “Would you marry me and be my life co-pilot?”. Utterly stunned I said yes! :) Still in shock, when we landed, I found him on his knees at the steps of the plane with a ring to complete the proposal.

We went to Bali on 13/9/2011. He actually decided to propose on my birthday which falled on the next day. While we were traveling, I realized that his mind was just kind of wandering away, I asked if he was not feeling well but he said that he's just too tired.

At night, he actually waited until 12 midnight when I had already fallen asleep. As the clock stroke 12, he quickly woke me up and brought me out to the hotel balcony. He brought out the diamond ring and asked me to marry him! Of course, I said: "I do!".

It was a surprise to me and I will definitely never forget the sweetest moment of us.
